ALCOGUARD® 7100 is a polymeric opacifier for bleach in a variety of household and institutional cleaning applications.   Dosing is 0.05% to 0.1% active polymer (0.13 to 0.26% product).  Simply add the product to the bleach and stir.  This is an advantage over competitive opacifiers that are supplied as an emulsion and needs to be diluted.  The chlorine amount does not matter in the formula, typically 5% active chlorine is used.
